Thom is an electrical engineer from York and takes a keen interest in Neighbourhood
Watch. He is secretary of York Community Watch and enjoys promoting the security
advice in as many avenues as possible. Thom hopes in his role as Vice-Chair he can
help promote the Neighbourhood Watch brand to as many people as possible throughout
North Yorkshire and help with districts that need additional help. With a keen interest
in modern communications Thom will bring the North Yorkshire Neighbourhood Watch
extra coverage.
